· Outpatient
· 3 days/week (8 hours/day)
· Temp privs available for ASAP start
· EMR: Epic
· 16-25 PPD
· Travel and Lodging
· IL license preferred will take IMLC
· BC required
· ABLS, ACLS, BLS required
· Must be comfortable with:
o Radiologic Exam Interpretation (unofficial)
o Nerve and Muscle Biopsy
o EEG
o EMG
o NCV
o Evoked Potentials
o Pain Management Procedures
o Botox
o Sleep studies
o Dyability Evaluation
