- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: 5 clinic days per week: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Clinic hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Holidays Allowed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
- Outpatient only
- Patients per day: 16–25
- Support Staff: 1 shared RN, 1–2 MAs, multiple office staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, IL license or IMLC
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: Temp privs possible; standard timeline depends on IL license
