A dynamic opportunity with a multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.
Job Description
Provider will be expected to see 15-20 patients per day (non negotiable).
Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 10 days per month
100% adult population of patients
0-5% trauma-based
95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
Ancillary Office Staff: 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
Equipment: EMG
EMR - EPIC
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Not accepting Locums candidates
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Submission Requirements
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology - [REQUIRED]
OH license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
BLS, ACLS (by time of start) - [REQUIRED]
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
State experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field): lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox - [REQUIRED]
