Overview:
A leading medical practice in Huntsville is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join their team. This is a primarily outpatient role with minimal hospital coverage, no stroke call, and limited on-call responsibilities. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through exams and testing

Interpret neuroimaging and prescribe treatments

Counsel patients on neurological care and medication management

Collaborate with residents and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:

MD or DO with completed Neurology residency
-
ABPN board certified/eligible
-
Alabama medical license (or eligibility)

DEA license
-
USMLE completed
Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours
-
5 calls/month (1 week block); no stroke call

On-call pay: $300/call after year one
