Job Description
The Department of Neurology in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Comprehensive/General Neurologist to join its growing practice. The selected physician will provide outpatient evaluation and management for patients presenting with a wide range of neurological conditions that are not assigned to a specific subspecialty clinic.
Subspecialty support is readily available for cases requiring additional expertise. The department currently includes 37 neurologists with fellowship training across numerous specialties, including cerebrovascular disease, behavioral neurology, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, sleep medicine, autonomic disorders, headache, neuro-oncology, and more.
Candidates should possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach to patient care, and a commitment to excellence in education and research.
Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
* Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida
* Prior academic or research experience preferred
