Location: Meriden, CT (156-bed hospital) with additional campuses in New Britain, CT and Southington, CT (414 beds)

Opportunity:
Seeking BC/BE Neurologists to join its Neurohospitalist team across Meriden, New Britain, and Southington campuses. These facilities are Joint-Commission certified Primary Stroke Centers and offer an outstanding collaborative environment for acute neurology care.

#### Position Highlights:
Consultative service only – manage a wide range of acute neurological issues in ED, medical/surgical floors, and ICUs
Schedule: 24 weeks of inpatient coverage/year
- A “week” is 7 consecutive days, 8AM–8PM
- Evening call coverage shared by telephone
- Weekend evenings covered by Teleneurology
Comfort with acute stroke care is essential
Teaching and Supervision: opportunities to train and mentor residents, fellows, students, and APPs
Didactics: weekly Grand Rounds, monthly Neurohospitalist lecture series, EEG conference
Academic Engagement: opportunities in research, QI, patient experience, interviews, and public/professional lectures
