Headache Specialist Opening – Albany, NY Position Details * FT, permanent position * Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified Headache Specialist * Outpatient setting, joining established MS Headache Medicine practice * Hospital-employed position * Physician-led and governed Board of Directors * Robust referral network with strong advanced practitioner support * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm * Call: 1:4, 8:00 am–9:00 pm (no calls after 9:00 pm) * No weekends * Not accepting Locums candidates * Accepting 2025 fellowship graduates * Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers) * Client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles of their institutions Compensation Details * Base Salary: $300,000–$350,000 + incentives * Starting bonus (to be discussed at interview) * Opportunities for additional quality & productivity incentives * Relocation allowance (reimbursement-based, varies by distance) * Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible * Excellent benefits package, including: * Health/vision/dental insurance * Paid malpractice with tail coverage * CME time & expense allowance * Paid time away from practice * Retirement savings with employer match Submission Requirements * Board Certified in Neurology – REQUIRED * Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Headache Medicine – REQUIRED * Fellowship training in Headache (to be completed prior to start) – REQUIRED * Active NY license or willing to obtain – REQUIRED * Active DEA or willing to obtain – REQUIRED * Client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles – REQUIRED * Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse credentialing fees * By submitting, you confirm candidate has not applied directly On-Call Details * Ratio: 1:4 * Hours: 8:00 am–9:00 pm * No calls after 9:00 pm * No weekends
