Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Will consider locum and locum to perm
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Neurology clinic
- Patient Demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric
- Patient Load: 16–18 office/clinic patients per day
- Other Neurologists Present
- Group Composition: 3 Physicians
- Onsite Facilities: Lab, X-ray
- Office Ancillary Staff: 1 RN Navigator, 4 Medical Assistants, 3 Customer Service Representatives
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level: 2
- Required Neurology Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), EMG (Electromyogram), Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- BLS Certification
- MI License
- Clean Background - Highly Preferred
- Must be available full time
- NPDB
