Inpatient Neurology opening in Albany, NY (Permanent) This is a permanent position. Opportunity Details: Hospital-employed, inpatient-only neurology role Flexible scheduling options: 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off No outpatient or clinic responsibilities Practice at a 400-bed community hospital with a designated Primary Stroke Center Diverse inpatient neurology cases: stroke, epilepsy, back pain, brain tumors, dementia, neuropathies, and movement disorders Supported by a broad referral network of general and specialty neurology practices Requirements: Board certified in Neurology Fellowship training welcome but not required (general neurology focus) Excellent clinical and communication skills Commitment to high-quality, team-based care Compensation/Benefits: Base salary: $350,000 (additional bonuses, differentials, and incentives possible) Starting bonus available Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME time and expense allowance Paid time off Retirement savings program with employer match Relocation assistance available Location: Albany, NY is part of New York’s Capital Region, offering a blend of historic charm and modern amenities Access to Saratoga Springs, the Adirondacks, the Hudson Valley, and Berkshires for year-round recreation Within driving distance of New York City, Boston, and Montreal
