JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active state license required
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Other Qualifications: Strong communication and interdisciplinary care coordination skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform physical and neurological examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRIs and spinal fluid analysis
- Diagnose neurological conditions based on exams and test results
- Develop, manage, and adapt treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nurses and other medical staff
- Educate patients on neurological diseases and prevention
- Provide rehabilitation guidance for improved quality of life
- Maintain expertise in the latest neurology trends
- Communicate treatment plans and home care instructions effectively
- Participate in coordination of comprehensive healthcare teams
