General Neurology Opportunity in South Lake Tahoe, CA / Stateline, NV
Build and lead your own outpatient general neurology practice with strong institutional and network support. This role is designed for a physician seeking autonomy, a predictable schedule, and the ability to shape a long-term practice while maintaining balance.
Practice Overview
- Establish and lead a solo general neurology practice with full administrative and clinical support
- Outpatient-focused adult neurology practice with access to subspecialty neurology collaboration as needed
- Broad general neurology case mix including migraine, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis
- EEG and EMG interpretation included as part of the practice scope
- Acute stroke cases transferred out, allowing focus on outpatient neurology care
Schedule
- Full-time position with a 32-hour clinical workweek
- Primarily outpatient clinic responsibilities with limited phone consults for hospitalists
- No inpatient rounding or hospital call

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist
- Comfortable managing a wide range of adult general neurology conditions
- Experience with or willingness to interpret EEGs and EMGs
- Interest in building and growing a long-term outpatient neurology practice
