Inpatient Neurologist Opportunity in Albany, NY

Join a mission-driven, physician-led health organization in Albany, NY, as a full-time Inpatient Neurologist at a 400-bed Primary Stroke Center. Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver inpatient neurological care with no outpatient or clinic duties.
• Participate in a flexible work schedule: options include 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off.
• Manage diverse neurological conditions such as:
  • Stroke
  • Epilepsy
  • Back pain
  • Brain tumors
  • Dementia
  • Neuropathies
  • Movement disorders
• Collaborate with an integrated network of specialists for patient referral and follow-up.
• Work in a Primary Stroke Center environment.
• Engage with a physician-led team focused on quality, compassionate care.
• Utilize support staff, including neurodiagnostic services and subspecialist consultation.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Neurology is required.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
• New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Visa support requirements (J1 or H1B) are required.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Neurology - REQUIRED
• New York medical license - REQUIRED
• DEA - REQUIRED
