A leading hospital system in Bryan, TX is seeking a Locum Tenens Neurologist for high-priority inpatient coverage. This is a 24-hour on-call role focused on evaluation and treatment—no required procedures, but EEG interpretation is a must. Candidates available for 7-on/7-off ongoing preferred. Full travel and lodging covered.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat inpatient neurology cases
• Read EEGs (required)
• Use Meditech EMR
• Provide coverage for both Bryan and College Station locations
• No required procedures
• No APP or support staff
Qualifications
• Texas Medical License – Required for Sept/Oct dates
• IMLC considered for dates after Oct (must have TX license to begin credentialing)
• Clean malpractice history – Strongly Preferred
• Must disclose if provider has worked at any CHI/Dignity facility
Working Hours
• Multiple shifts available (see below)
• Preferred ongoing 7-on/7-off availability
Skills
• EEG interpretation – required
• Comfortable with solo neurology call
• EMR documentation (Meditech experience a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
