Job description Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to provide comprehensive neurological care to adult patients in a collaborative, multispecialty practice setting. This role involves predominantly outpatient work with occasional inpatient coverage, offering a balanced schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide neurological evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to adult patients.
• Manage a patient load of 15–20 per day.
• Maintain a 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient case mix.
• Perform and interpret EMG and related neurological procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation (10 days per month).
• Collaborate with ancillary staff including EMG technician, LPN, and shared reception.
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) for documentation and care coordination.
• Contribute to a team-based approach to patient care within a multispecialty environment.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology – REQUIRED.
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED.
• BLS and ACLS certification – REQUIRED (by start date).
• DEA registration – REQUIRED (by start date).
• Proficiency in lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, and Botox procedures – REQUIRED.
• Willingness to live within a 40-mile radius or relocate – REQUIRED.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.

Working Hours

• Full-time, negotiable daytime schedule.
• 10 days per month on-call duty.
• Weekend coverage as scheduled (approx. 10 days/month).

Skills

• Strong clinical expertise in adult neurology.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
