Founded in 2005 and grown from a five-person team in a single clinic to a network of 7 standalone health centers and 40 school-based clinics across six parishes.

Our nearly 500 employees—including 36 providers in Winnfield—recorded 144,000 patient visits in 2023 and have served more than 850,000 patients since opening. We provide primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services, plus patient transportation at all clinic locations to ensure true access to care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neurologist to join our growing team. This is an outpatient-only role with no call and the flexibility to practice your way!

You’ll benefit from an established referral network, a supportive clinical team, and the ability to tailor your practice to your skill set and interests, from general neurology to procedures that drive additional patient care and revenue.

Practice Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (36-hour week)

• Workload: 4.5 clinic days + 0.5 administrative day (admin can be done from home)

• Volume: 15–20 patients/day, with infusion patients managed by RNs

• Visit Types:

  • Bread and Butter Neurology with the autonomy to practice how you like

• Procedures: Open to your skill set; infusions available; potential for additional revenue-generating services

• Call/Rounding: None – strictly outpatient

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $375,000 – $436,000 (negotiable based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

• Production Incentive: Yes – based on encounters

• Relocation: $10,000 with receipts (negotiable)

• Loan Repayment: NHSC and Louisiana State programs (can use sequentially)

• PTO: 26 days (additional week after year 3)

• CME: 2 days + expense allowance

• Insurance: Health, dental, vision (100% employer-paid for employee; family coverage available)

• Retirement: 401k with 4% match (match after 1 year)

• Malpractice: Covered through FTCA

• Additional: All business-related expenses covered
