Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing)
Schedule: Looking for one full time provider to work 4 days a week in the clinic preferred but can consider 3 weeks of coverage. Usually it is a M-Thurs schedule 8am-4pm but they can be flexible on what 4 days of the week a provider is open to work (providers also have the option to work 9-5 instead). The work hours will include a lunch hour (12-1 or 1230-130, providers choice).
