- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Practice Demographics:
- 95% Adult
- 5% Pediatric
- Patient Load:
- 16–18 office/clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day)
- Other Neurologists Present: Yes
- Group Composition:
- 3 Physicians
- 0 Advanced Practice Providers
- Onsite Facilities:
- Lab
- X-ray
- Office Ancillary Staff:
- 1 RN Navigator
- 4 Medical Assistants (MAs)
- 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level: 2
- Board Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
- State License Preference: Prefer providers with an existing license to expedite the process
- Certification Requirement: BLS
- Required Neurology Procedures:
- Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
