Job Summary:

• Demonstrated track record of physician leadership and program growth, with experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Excellent surgical skills in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, typically with a 70/30 or 80/20 split depending upon the specific practice needs
• Develop and implement strategies to expand neurosurgery services, enhance program offerings and increase market share within the Kansas City region
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers
• Guide initiatives to improve clinical performance, reduce readmission rates and enhance patient experience.
• Board Certification in neurosurgery
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of leading a clinical administrative or academic department OR aptitude for physician leadership
• Current medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (or ability to obtain)
