Full-time, permanent position
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient | Leadership Role
Facility Type: Regional Medical Center - Level II Trauma & Comprehensive Stroke Center
Position Highlights:
* Leadership role overseeing an integrated Neuroscience Program that includes:
* Neurology
* Neurohospitalists
* Neurointensivists with dedicated Neuro ICU
* Neurointerventional Neurologists
* Neurosurgeons
* Serves a broad population of 350,000+ across Eugene/Springfield, the Oregon coast, and I-5 corridor into Northern California
* Key responsibility includes leading clinical program development, optimizing operational performance, and aligning strategy with institutional goals
Ideal Candidate:
* Board-certified Neurologist or Neurosurgeon with strong clinical expertise
* Proven leadership experience or strong interest in program leadership
* Committed to advancing quality initiatives, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes
* Demonstrates collaborative leadership style with experience building and supporting multidisciplinary teams
