7 On / 7 Off Schedule | Inpatient Only | Robust Support


Join a well-established inpatient neurohospitalist team in New Orleans, where focused neurological care meets a predictable schedule and robust support. This role is ideal for physicians who want to concentrate on inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and enjoy work-life balance in one of the country's most vibrant cities.


Practice Overview

  • Inpatient-only neurohospitalist role with no clinic responsibilities
  • Average daily census of 12-15 patients with strong team support
  • Established neurology group with neurosurgery, interventional neurology, neuro-oncology, and pain services
  • Experienced clinical and administrative staff
  • EMR: Epic

Schedule & Coverage

  • 7 days on / 7 days off block schedule
  • Predictable inpatient workflow with defined handoffs
  • Designed to support long-term sustainability and work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary plus RVU-based production incentives
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • PSLF-eligible student loan forgiveness

  • CME allowance up to $5,000, plus covered licensure and DEA fees

Candidate Profile

  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Neurology
  • Open to new graduates and experienced neurologists
