Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - ongoing
- 2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday
- One day at 1st location and one day at another location
Clinical Details:
- Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
- Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
- Diagnose and treat neurological disorders in patients of all ages, with a focus on adults who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents
- Focus on adult patients involved in motor vehicle accidents
- Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history and physical exams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI scans and EEGs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness and side effects
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- EMR system utilized
Requirements:
- Board certified in Neurology
- Unrestricted Maryland medical license
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license
- Experience with TBI and post-concussive disorder
