Neurohospitalist opening in Rapid City, SD
- Full-time, permanent position

- Seeking a BE/BC
Overview:
- We are looking for a Neurohospitalist to join a well-established inpatient group practice.
- This is a fulfilling hospital-employed position in a collegial group environment, with an emphasis on work-life balance.
- Generally, 2 Neurohospitalists are on service at a time, alternating night call and stroke call.
- Supported by excellent 24/7/365 Neurointerventional and neurosurgical services.
- Consulting service only - all patients are admitted to the hospitalist or intensivist services.
- EEG reads done by Epileptologists in less than 24 hours.
- Hours: 10 hours on site, 14 hours of call coverage
- Qualifications: BE/BC in Neurology. Additional vascular or other fellowship training a plus, and may result in additional compensation, but is not required.
Comp/Benefits:
- Base salary of $359K.
- Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one.
- Starting and retention bonuses of up to $171K.
- Other benefits include paid relocation and moving allowance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package.
