--No Other Neurologists Present During Locum's Assignment
--Lab Onsite: Yes
--X-Ray Onsite: Yes
--Office Ancillary Staff: 6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues - 2 of them are registered EEG.
--Office Equipment: Nihon Kohden
--Documentation System/EMR: Epic
--Required Neurology Procedures: EEG (Electroencephalogram)
--Board Certified/Board Eligible
--Active Indiana license at time of submission
--Active BLS
