• Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Coverage Period: Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:6 rotation
• Call Type: Rotational
• Call Ratio: 1:6

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: General neurology population
• Patient Volume/Census: 15–25 clinic patients per day
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding: Yes
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: General Neurology (subspecialty interests encouraged)

FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
• Office Equipment Available: Standard neurology clinic tools and support
• Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
• Support Staff Available: Integrated inpatient and outpatient team
• Reason for Coverage: Growth and expansion in physician service lines

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads
• Other Qualifications: Subspecialty interests welcomed; EPIC EMR proficiency

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver comprehensive neurology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation
• Collaborate with a collegial team of system physicians
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
• Contribute to a growing neurology service in a highly supportive environment
