Full-Time, Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurohospitalist to join a dynamic team in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role supports a growing comprehensive stroke and general neurology program at a leading tertiary care center in Springfield, MO.
Practice/Position Highlights:
Join a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners with dedicated support staff
Accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center by The Joint Commission
Designated Level I Stroke Center by MoDHSS
Level I Trauma & Burn Center with 880 acute care beds
Over 90,000 annual emergency department visits
Consultative general neurology and stroke focus
Transcranial Doppler program in place
One practice location for all duties
EPIC EMR system-wide
Grade A Leapfrog safety rating
Schedule:
Competitive, shift-based model
12-hour shifts
