A respected, physician-led outpatient neurology group in Minneapolis-St. Paul is expanding to meet growing community demand. Practice Overview
- Private practice with 18 adult neurologists, 6 pediatric neurologists, 12 APPs, and 3 neuropsychologists
- General neurology foundation with room to incorporate subspecialty interests
- EEG/EMG experience welcomed but not required
- Physicians rotate between two nearby clinic sites with strong ancillary support
- Access to on-site MRI, EEG, EMG, infusion, sleep labs, and neuropsychology services
Schedule
- Full-time (4-5 days per week) preferred; 3-day schedule available on a case-by-case basis
- Flexible clinic hours between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Phone-only call, rotating 1:16, with low volume
- Average of 14-15 patients per day per physician
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $325,000 plus RVUs ($50 per RVU over 6,000)
- Earning potential exceeds $400,000+ based on current production
- $30,000 signing bonus and up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- 4 weeks PTO year one, 5 weeks year two, 7 paid holidays, $5,000 CME, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with match
Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (within 5 years post-training)
- Open to 2025 and 2026 graduates as well as experienced physicians
- Subspecialists welcome with approximately 50% general neurology volume
- Must be comfortable rotating between multiple clinic sites in the metro
