- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- License: An active Ohio state license or IMLC membership is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: A full-time Neurologist is needed for outpatient clinic coverage, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, no weekends, and no call. The practice setting is 100% adult and 100% outpatient, averaging 14 patients per day, with other Neurologists present during the assignment. The group includes 12 physicians and 4 APPs, supported by 2 MAs and 2 front desk staff. The facility is not trauma-designated. Submission requirements include an active Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ, Board Certification, a clean background (no exceptions), COVID-19 vaccination at the time of name clear, and full-time availability Monday through Friday. Certification requirements include Board Certification, Ohio state license, and BLS certification.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 14 adult patients per day.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation.
- Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians and 4 APPs.
- Work alongside 2 medical assistants and 2 front desk staff.
- Complete necessary paperwork promptly for credentialing.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio medical license or IMLC with LOQ.
- BLS certification.
- Clean background (no exceptions).
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated at the time of name clear.
Working Hours
- No weekends and no call requirements.
- Full-time availability required without exceptions.
