Hospital is looking for a full time Neurologist for OP coverage. Provider MUST be available full-time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p; no weekends, no call
- Practice setting: Office/outpatient clinic
- Percentage of adult patients: 100%
- Percentage of outpatient patients: 100%
- Average number of patients/day: 14
- Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment
- 12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group
- Office staff: 2 MA, 2 front desk
- Documentation system: EPIC
- Trauma Level/designation: not designated
Submission Requirements
- ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR:
- OH license -Required, not accepting IMLC
- Board Certified - Required
- Clean background - Required, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
