Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

2-3 years of Neurologist experience.

Must be licensed to practice medicine in Alabama State

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
