Neurology locums in Central Illinois. Please see the details below:
- Start as soon as credentialed and ongoing
- 7 shifts per month
- There is call to read EMU's - 5 Bed EMU
- 8-12 patients a day
- Ideally able to read cEEGs and LTEEGs, staff the EMU and support the functional neurosurgery program(e.g. brain mapping) and meet residency training requirements
- Experience or willingness to learn the indications and management of VNS, RNS and DBS for epilepsy would be ideal
- Experience with perioperative stero-electroencephalogram(SEEG) analysis is ideal
- 3 APP’s and neurological support team
- Growing practice and looking to refocus on complex patients
- Teaching facility with 16 Neurology Residents
- The only level I trauma center in the city
- Must be currently Illinois licensed
- Travel, lodging, paid malpractice insurance included
