Neurologist needed ASAP-ongoing to help with coverage in Westerville, OH
Job Details- Let me know what rate you need
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p; no weekends, no call
Practice setting: Office/outpatient clinic
Percentage of adult patients: 100%
Percentage of outpatient patients: 100%
Average number of patients/day: 14
Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment
12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group
Office staff: 2 MA, 2 front desk
Documentation system: EPIC
Trauma Level/designation: not designated
Requirements:
OH license
Board Certified - Required
Covid Vaccine - Required at time of name clear\
Availability - must be full time M-F 8a-4p - Required
BLS active
Credentialing timeframe 30-60 days - MUST have paperwork in to expedite
