Requirements & Credentials:

• Board Certified Neurologist with at least 12 months of experience
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Valid Texas medical license

Schedule:

• 2 weekends per month, with 24-hour call (Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM)
• Adult-only patient panel, with a volume of approximately 6-8 patients per day

Practice Setting:

• Weekend-only inpatient position
• 402-bed regional medical center serving over 100,000 patients annually
• Focus is centered on general neurology care, with a specific emphasis on stroke call management
