AnMed Medical Center is looking to add to the Neurosurgery locum pool for future coverage needs! They are looking to onboard GREAT candidates immediately via emergency temp privs - active license & DEA and 100% CLEAN background required

Open Dates:
  • Any weekends (Friday 7a - Monday 7a)
Job Details:
  • Reason for coverage: supplemental
  • Setting: 100% Hospital
  • Level II Trauma Designation
  • Teaching facility
  • Number of beds: 495
  • Number of ICU beds: 19
  • EMR System: EPIC
  • Patient Demographics: 100% Adult
  • No other neurosurgeons present during coverage; PA onsite Monday-Friday only
Required Duties/Procedures:
  • Burr Hole Evacuation of Subdural Hematoma
  • Craniotomy for Evacuation of subdural hematoma, epidural hematoma, intracerebral hematoma
  • Burr Hole Placement of Ventriculostomy (External Ventricular Drain)
  • Cervical, thoracic, and lumber non-instrumented spine procedures
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • Active SC license & DEA - REQUIRED, no exceptions
  • 100% CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED, no exceptions
  • No new grads, must have great experience, ratings, and training
