**Job Description:**
- Age groups to be treated: adult and geriatric
- Inpatient and outpatient
- Approximately 24 patients per day
- Shift schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm with rounding schedule
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Preferred start date is as soon as credentialed
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months

- Salary range follows MGMA guidelines - Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation
