Job Description:
Locums Neurology Department position in Mechanicsville, VA where Outpatient coverage with no call is needed. Here are some of the details:
Start Date: 08/01/2024-TBD
Shift times: 8-5 M-F
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified- REQUIRED
- Active VA license - HIGHLY Preferred, must be obtained by time of credentialing
- BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- NOTE: FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY STARTING 8/1/2024 - REQUIRED
- Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
- Covid Vaccine - Highly preferred
- Providers will be required to supervise advanced practice providers.
- Ongoing Need
Position Details:
- 12-16 Patients per shift
- APP’s on staff for coverage
- 11 Physicians in group
- Labs onsite
- Office equipment: EMG, Doppler
- EMR: Epic
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $250/Hr.
