Type of practice:
Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach, and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre and DeFuniak Springs.
Type of employment:
First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
Number of physicians:
o Neurology: 2 doctors, 1 extender
o Total in clinic: 53 doctors, 33 extenders (PA or ARNP)
• Office hours:
o Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
o 36-hours of Direct Patient Contact
• Requirements:
o US Resident or Greencard
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)

• Call:
o 1:4 call from 7 am – 5 pm / telephone neurology overnight
o Telephone for office when on call
• Average number of patients per day: 18
• Inpatient work: Contingent on cases presented when on call and the treatment/testing requirements for that case (EEG’s, EMG’s, Advance Ancillary Orders, Lumbar Punctures)
o Hospital: Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, located right across the street from White-Wilson
Other important information:
o White-Wilson is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) NCQA certified practice
o In practice for over 75 years, strong presence in the community as the area’s largest physician- owned, multi-specialty, outpatient clinic
o All our locations are within 10-20 miles from our main campus in Fort Walton Beach.
o Mid-sized community, large military population, popular vacation destination with beautiful beaches and a coastal lifestyle
o Located within a short road trip away from many southeast metropolitan areas. New Orleans 4 hours, Mobile 1.5 hours, Nashville 6.5 hours, Atlanta 5 hours, Orlando and Tampa 6 hours. We also have an international airport in Pensacola.
