- Hospital Employed position
- Well established not-for profit 4 hospital system
- Call rotation 1:4
- Monday " Friday work schedule - flexible
- Approximately 12-25 clinic patients per day
- Office is in Hobart, IN
- Full time/permanent position
- EMR system is EPIC
