  • Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Lead a high-volume practice managing stroke and TIA follow-ups, epilepsy, and seizures, with a specific emphasis on EMG and EEG.
  • Dedicated Support Team: Each provider is paired with a dedicated team including 1 NP, 1 Nurse, and 1 Tech, ensuring you can focus on high-level patient care.
  • Built-in Success: Step into a role with a tremendous referral pattern and an established patient base currently served by outside coverage.

Market-Leading Compensation & Incentives:

  • Lucrative Signing Package: Negotiable $50,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance.
  • Financial Freedom: Negotiable Student Loan Forgiveness structured as a three-year forgivable loan to help you clear debt quickly.
  • Additional Rewards: Benefit from ACO Shared Savings (CEP program) and 4 weeks of PTO to recharge.

The Advantage:

  • Proven Excellence: Join a 438-bed medical center that has been named one of the "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years.
  • Regional Powerhouse: Serve a massive 600,000 patient population across NE Arkansas and SE Missouri within a Level III trauma center.
  • Modern Innovation: Practice in a facility recently enhanced by $140 million in renovations, including new labs and surgical suites.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside more than 260 providers and engage with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents.

A City for the Whole Family:

  • Unbeatable Cost of Living: Stretch your high earnings further in a city where the cost of living is at least 15% cheaper than the national average.
  • Premier Education: Access three award-winning public school districts, four private schools, and the home of Arkansas State University and NYIT (Osteopathic Medical School).
  • Outdoor Paradise: World-class hunting, fishing, biking, and water sports are right in your backyard.
  • Perfectly Positioned: Enjoy the charm of a revitalized downtown while being only 1 hour from Memphis and 2 hours from Little Rock.
