• Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment? Yes
  
• How Many Physicians in Your Group? 3
  
• How Many Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group? 1

• Describe Office Ancillary Staff: 1 RN, 6 MA, 1 Referral Coordinator, 4 Front Office Staff
  
• Describe Office Equipment: EMG machines
  
• Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Powerchart
  
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level II
  Required Neurology Procedures: ["EMG (Electromyogram)"]
  
• Required Neurology Procedures: EMG, Botox, and Peripheral Nerve Blocks are preferred procedures, but not required.
