Job Summary:

HCA Florida Capital Hospital has partnered Southeast Neurology & Pain Management to recruit an exceptional Pain Management Physician to join existing and expanding practice

Qualified Candidates:
  • Will join well-established neurology and pain management group that is looking to continue to expand their scope of practice
  • Perform physical examinations of patients to evaluate, diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plan
  • Educate patients on condition, treatment plan, and home care
  • Perform interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopy on-site and ASC based
  • Document and maintain patient charts in EMR system (Athena)
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team, as well as oversee ARNP and PA staff and their patients
  • Demonstrate experience with performing/administering interventional treatments such as steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulators
  • Possess American Board eligibility/certification
  • Prior experience in practice is preferred, in addition to Neurology, Anesthesiologist or PM&R Physician with a Fellowship in Pain Management

Practice Features:
  • Practice includes 5 physicians and 8 physician extenders
  • 4-day workweek of Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00
  • Offers a full range of pain management and neurological services in two locations, Tallahassee, FL and Thomasville, GA
  • Robust referral base
