Organization/Practice Details:
• Independent physician group - Template your day however you want
• True work/life balance offered with a 3 or 4-day work week with the possibility of a blocked schedule and no call
• Existing Neurologist is seeing about 12-15 patients per day, which is his choice as they are booking out about 4 months
• Autonomics Lab and Neuropsychology on-site
• Leadership possibilities and interest can be accommodated now or in the future
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of around $400K with ability to transition into production model after year 1 or year 2
• Shareholder status offered after year 1 - receive annual incentive bonus of $50K+
• Full benefits package including a lucrative sign-on bonus, education allowance, relocation, and more
