Practice Details: Opportunity for Solo Neurology practice, to work in conjunction with the two high-volume, established Neurosurgeons in the group 40% BCBS, 35% Medicare, 2% Medicaid, 7% Private Pay, 15% Commercial, 1% Work Comp One to Two day(s) per week at Fultondale Plaza, seeing patients and performing procedures. Other three to four days at Brookwood office. Unless physician would like dedicated procedure day. Neurology candidate would see general neurology cases, perform NCV, EMG, Botox, etc. Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Alabama health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance Compensation: Up to $3,500 in CME expenses year 1Stipend, sign on bonus, and or student loan repayments all possible and subject to negotiationRelocation expenses up to $10,000Guaranteed salary year 1 consistent with MGMA guidelines, revenue-expenses model starting year 2. 2012 MGMA Median compensation $220K, 1-3 years experienceShareholder opportunity after one year
