A hospital is seeking a vascular neurologist for locum tenens coverage.
During your time off or a slow weekend, wind down at the Briley's Farmer's Market or the Greenville Museum of Art. If you're looking for a sweet treat, the city is famous for "Simple Natural Creamery" - an ice cream shop in the downtown area.
Candidates with vascular neurology or experience treating stroke patients are preferred, but fellowship training is not required. Hospital privileges are available. BLS certification is required. Inpatient consult are their only responsibilities, 7 consecutive shifts at a time. There are 1-2 nurse practitioners/physician assistants in addition to the attending physician on day shifts. The clinician is solo at night.
