Vascular Neurology Locums Physician in Illinois - Neurointerventional Procedures
January start in Illinois with temp privileges available; only 7 shifts per month required.
Highlights
- 7 shifts per month; block scheduling available
- Neurointerventional and general neurology coverage
- Temp privileges for clean files; start in ~60 days

Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient work
- Inpatient census around 15 patients/day
- Work within a comprehensive stroke program
- Support from APPs across shared neurointerventional and neurosurgery services
Schedule
- 12-hour clinic days with night call during the week
- Weekend 24-hour call shifts with 30-minute response time
- Flexibility to structure shifts monthly
Cases and Procedures
- Endovascular and neurointerventional procedures
- General neurology consults, admissions, and ER transfers
- Act as CareHub transfer lead for neurology cases
Requirements
- Board Certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology
- Active Illinois license (no IMLC)
- BLS and ACLS required
