Locums Neurointerventionalist in Illinois - 7 Shifts a Month with Stroke Call
Comprehensive stroke center in Rockford seeks flexible neurointerventional coverage with travel and lodging fully included.
Highlights
- 7 shifts/month; block scheduling available
- Mix of neurointervention and general neurology
- Temp privileges available (~60 days)
- Travel, lodging, and rental car reimbursed
Practice Setting
- Inpatient and outpatient mix
- ~15 inpatient census
- Shared APP support with neurosurgery and neurointervention
- Epic EMR
Schedule
- Weekdays: 12-hour shifts with overnight call
- Weekends: 24-hour call with 30-min response time
- Customize your monthly blocks
Cases and Procedures
- Endovascular procedures, general neurology consults
- Transfer lead for CareHub stroke cases
- Strong collaboration with hospitalists and neurosurgery
Requirements
- Board Certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology
- Active Illinois license (IMLC not accepted)
- BLS and ACLS required
- Clean background for temp privileges
