Seeking full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Neurologists to join the Pediatrics Department.

Job Description:

  • Rapidly growing pediatric department in a new pediatric residency program
  • Fellowship-trained in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology is preferred.
  • Focus on providing care for both pediatric inpatient consults and ambulatory outpatient service
  • Candidates must have exemplary clinical skills and a strong interest in teaching
  • Role includes resident and medical student education
  • Best suited for candidates who are at the assistant or associate professor level, but all ranks will be considered
  • Opportunity for EEG and sleep study interpretation is also available
  • Serving patients from a large geographic region of over 20 counties
  • Vast primary care referral network to support this position

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Neurology with a Special Qualification in Child Neurology - [REQUIRED]
  • Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
  • Active MI license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • State interest and experience in scholarly activities (enter into "Additional Submission Details" field) - [REQUIRED]
  • Controlled Substance License CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
