Pediatric Neurology Opportunity in Baton Rouge, Louisiana


This Pediatric Neurology position offers the opportunity to join a growing, well-supported subspecialty program in Baton Rouge. Work alongside an established team in a setting that values collaboration, teaching, and balanced scheduling. With light call, diverse clinical exposure, and strong institutional resources, this role is designed for pediatric neurologists seeking both professional fulfillment and long-term sustainability.


Practice Overview

  • Join three full-time and one part-time Pediatric Neurologist
  • Supported by experienced APPs, RNs, MAs, and dedicated nurse navigators
  • Broad pediatric neurology case mix including EMU, seizure clinic, Botox, and neurodevelopmental services
  • Optional EEG and EMG interpretation based on interest
  • Opportunity to teach and mentor residents and future pediatric specialists

Schedule

  • Full-time outpatient-focused role
  • 1:4 call rotation with no overnight hospital call
  • Reduced clinic volume on call days, typically 4 to 5 patients
  • Structure designed to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $262,000 to $280,000
