Child Neurology Physician required for LOCUM need in Marshfield, WI.
Start Date: 03-12-2024
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in WI? No
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60
The pediatric neurology department (one full time provider with some
casual/part time help) will need occasional and ongoing coverage but currently needing to cover March 13 noon – March 17 0800. The start date would actually be March 12 for a full day of orientation.
This is for clinic and call coverage.
Additional dates that need to cover throughout the year are as follows:
March 13 noon – March 17 0800 (per the above)
May 6 0800 – May 13 0800
May 31 0800 – June 10 0800
June 29 0800 – July 8 0800
