A hospital in new York is seeking a neurocritical care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately fifteen days starting in early January, with chance of extension. Cases the provider should expect include, but are not limited to: stroke and neuro acute triage , consultative for ER, inpatient and transfer center, and stroke response calls. the provider will see about 12-14 adult patients per day. The provider will work a time schedule consisting of 8 hours of patient contact as well as 24 hour on call. This facility uses Allscripts EMR.
