This is a unique and rare opportunity to join an established practice of 25 years. This practice is the only full time Nephrologist supporting Nacogdoches Medical Center. The current provider is looking to retire soon and wants to leave his practice in the right hands to continue to take care of the community.

Highlights:

• Clinic 8AM-5PM, standard clinic schedule with support for hospital consultations and involvement with local dialysis center
• 50% clinic, 30 percent hospital rounding + consultations, 20 percent outpatient dialysis
• 7 days of required call at hospital with opportunity to take additional days.
• Daily Patient Census: 20 clinic patients, 12 hospital patients + 4 new consults
